We place a strong emphasis on usability, working to uncover patient needs and preferences through a discovery phase and reflecting those findings in designed user interfaces that are intuitive and aligned with search behaviour. Co-designing websites enables us to build effective and intuitive site navigation pathways that are simple to understand and use. As always, our tools are fully AODA-compliant and work equally well on mobile and desktop.
